Is the Jacksonville Zoo free?
Up to 5 children (ages 3-12) get FREE general admission with a paying adult. *Guests must purchase their tickets online, in advance. Tickets will not be sold at the gate. You can reserve adult and the free child tickets online and will receive the tickets via email.
Do you have to make reservations for the Jacksonville Zoo?
Reservations are no longer required for Member General Admission. Bring your Member Card and photo ID for entry upon your next visit. Member Total Experience and Guest Tickets must still be purchased online, in advance of your visit. Select the month and date you would like to visit during checkout.

Can I take my dog to Safari Park?
Unfortunately, due to the terms of our zoo license, we cannot allow any dogs, including assistance dogs, to go in cars around the Safari Drive-through. During this time, we ask that your dog is put in our kennels. Kennels are open with roof cover and we provide a clean water bowl.
