Start your Bacteria in South Africa.
Build your points to 50. Devolve any symptoms.
Build your points to 100.
Build your points to 30.
Build your points to 100.
Once everyone is infected, start your points in any symptom.
Work your way to the middle where you will find Total Organ Failure (image below.)

To beat the game in mega brutal mode, players will need to start their plague out silently and develop resistance quickly, then immediately start going deadly once the whole population is infected. Spread the pathogen quickly, then evolve it to become deadly.
